At the Waterside Hotel we will exceed your expectations.  Our delicious menus, comfortable decor & superior service ensure an exceptional event.  Utilising four diverse party spaces, all manner of events can be catered for.  The Waterside Hotel is great for corporate affairs, special occasions, private dining, social gatherings and more.  A dedicated functions manager will help with the planning of your event and ensure the successful delivery to your guests. 

Our Donald Burke room is a private retreat named after our favourite patron of 25 years.  The room is spacious and sophisticated and there is capacity to seat 50 guests for dinner, 50 conference style or  80 for cocktail event. This fully contained room has an extensive bar, AV facilities and houses original hotel memorabilia dating back to the 1800's.  Our range of functions menus include delicious finger food, a la carte and set courses.  

Lounge area can be reserved for private events from Saturday to Thursday.  For a causal gathering, the lounge can be cordoned off from the main bar.  Perfect for birthdays, farewell parties and after work drinks, the Lounge is furnished with comfortable couches and the fire place warms your guests on cooler nights.  Excellent finger food menus are available or meals can be ordered on the day from the bar snacks menu.
